Deposits & Project Commencement

To begin work, a non-refundable deposit is required. This allows us to allocate time, resources, and creative direction to your project.

Revisions & Project Completion

We collaborate closely and include revisions to ensure the final audio aligns with your vision and brief.

In the unlikely event that the final result does not meet expectations after agreed revisions, the project may be concluded with no additional fees beyond the initial deposit. In such cases, all rights to the work remain with us, and the client may not use, distribute, or retain the audio in any form.

Usage & Ownership

All work is subject to usage rights as agreed per project. This may include:

Licensed use for a defined period or purpose, or
Full ownership transfer upon final payment

Any usage outside of the agreed terms requires prior written approval.

Payments & Delivery

Final audio files will only be delivered once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pitch / Test Projects

If you would like to explore working together before committing to a full project, we can offer a paid pitch or test project at a reduced fee. This allows you to experience our approach and creative direction before proceeding.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client projects and are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) where required.
